How we handle your information, what to expect once a project starts, and how payments work.
We collect only the information you provide when you contact us or request a quote: name, email, phone number, and project details. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and deliver the services you request. We do not sell or share your information with third parties outside of what's required to deliver a project (for example, a printing partner for a merch order).
Project scope, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins. Changes to scope after a project has started may affect timeline and cost. Deliverables (source code, designs, production files) are handed over on final payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Most projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery or in agreed milestones. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. For merchandise orders, production begins only after design approval. Refunds are not available once printing has started.
