We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver your project, and we never sell it.

• What we collect: your name, email, phone number and the details you share in our forms, plus any files you upload, such as designs, logos or moodboard images.
• How we use it: to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver your project and send you updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• Who sees it: our team, and partners only where a project needs them, for example a printing partner for a merch order.
• Uploads: files you send us are stored privately and are only accessible to our team.
• Your choices: you can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time.

Clear expectations on both sides, agreed before any work begins.

• Scope, timelines and pricing are agreed in writing before work starts.
• Changes to scope after a project has started may affect the timeline and cost.
• Deliverables such as source code, designs and production files are handed over on final payment, unless otherwise agreed.
• Photography galleries are delivered through a private, secure gallery for you to view and download.

Payments are made by Mobile Money or card through our secure payment provider; we never see or store your card or wallet details.

• Projects: most require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery or at agreed milestones.
• Photography: a 50% deposit secures your date, and the balance is paid on the day of your shoot.
• Merch: production begins only after you approve the design. If we create your design, the design fee is paid before design work starts.
• Refunds: deposits are non-refundable once work has started, and merch refunds aren't available once printing has started.
